2Ship is on a mission to deliver the fastest shipping method and carrier for the lowest possible cost based on the user’s specific needs.
The early task flows and UI of were on the cumbersome side to the average users as shipping options and methods can get quite complicated.
We worked with their stellar product team to create a more intuitive flow, information hierarchy, and user interface in order to make their fantastic technology more user-friendly.
Key considerations
A key part of the solution was eliminating any unnecessary clutter and simplifying the navigation options
With the use of iconography, we were able to create a clear hierarchy of information where the user immediately recognized the top-level options presented to them.
