Introduction
EventSource is a leading online marketplace where users can find venues and other related vendors for their upcoming wedding or corporate events hassle-free.
Key Consideration
The need was to improve the user experience of the platform since the previous site was out-dated and lacking standardized interaction design conventions which confused users by increasing the interaction cost as well as making it harder to extend the platform as there wasn’t a strong foundation to build upon.
Results
Our ongoing involvement after optimizing the UI and information architecture focused on adding new modules while keeping the integrity of navigation structure and following the style guide we established.
The current version is outperforming the older version of the site by far as we teste and optimize until we reach the simplest versions of new features with as little friction as possible.
