OBJECTIVE

Create an organic conversation flow experience for sports fans to replace traditional forum flow with a more engaging and continuous Twitter like community experience

KEY INNOVATION #1

ORGANIC CONVERSATION FLOW

Offering an alternative way to replace the linear topic/thread structure was a challenge as fans are very familiar with this flow. In order to make this transition gradual, we provided the option to simply browse streams by topic for conservative users but also enabled a new way to enter the conversation flow  by selecting from a list of personalized tout (post) tile list with the ability to see how things progressed from this point on and see the history of their selected tout to understand the origins of the argument

REPLACE TRADITIONAL LINEAR FORUM FLOW WITH A PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE

Sports fans are passionate about particular sports & teams and are more likely to be active on a site if they can receive regular notifications regarding topic streams & members they choose to follow on mobile devices
